Tanaka Farms

This was our first family trip to Tanaka Farms.  An oasis in the middle of Irvine, Tanaka Farms felt like we were on a farm in Vermont that morning (until it reached 93 degrees!).  It's been a hot fall in Orange County this year.  The corn stocks were "as high as an elephant's eye" and formed a fun corn maze that took us a good 10 minute walk.  The boys raced on a track made of hay several times.  They tested their strength lifting pumpkins.  There were many scarecrows to visit with throughout.  This last pic is in front of a field of vegetables and quintessential red barn.

How fun! I can't believe it's still so hot there! It already snowed here in the begining of this month. I love the picture of you and the boys in the corn stalks. Very cute. Sounds like a very fun day!
