After 3 weeks of modified bed rest, I went in for my regular OB checkup Thursday, and spent the day in the hospital's labor and delivery for preterm labor. After spending the day being monitored in the hospital, they gave me a shot of Terbutaline, a prescription of Terbutaline pills, and doctors orders to stay on strict bed-rest (only get out of bed to use the restroom).
I am looking forward to getting out of bed around Thanksgiving and celebrating with a big Turkey dinner! Who knows? Maybe our family will have another November birthday to celebrate?
